We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are only entertained if the item has a clear and verified damage during shipping or a valid manufacturing defect. All exchange requests must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, and the exchange will only be processed within one month of receiving the parcel.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
The delivered product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Proof (clear pictures/videos) is provided via our official WhatsApp.
The original order number and purchase receipt are provided.
If approved, we will exchange the item with the same article or issue a store credit of equal or lesser value.
Note: Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be covered in the exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Share your order number, name, email, phone, and reason for exchange via our official WhatsApp.
Provide clear pictures/videos as proof of damage.
Our customer care team will review your request.
If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
For international clients, a return label cannot be created. You must send the item via a courier recommended by our team.
Once the item reaches our return address and is inspected, the exchange or store credit will be processed.
Important Notes
We are only responsible for your return once it reaches our recommended return address.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or courier charges for international returns must be paid by the customer.
No dispute or chargeback is valid unless the complaint is registered via WhatsApp first.
No exchange will be provided if the returned product is tempered, used, damaged, washed, or violates care instructions.
Non-Eligibility for Exchange
We do not accept exchange requests in the following cases:
Dislike after opening the package: No exchange or refund will be provided based on personal liking/disliking, including fabric , material , texture, or design preference.
“No longer needed” or “Changed my mind.”
Cancellation due to non-technical reasons.
Orders purchased with special discounts as a favor.
Requests made after 72 hours of delivery.
Custom size outfits — strictly no exchange/refund.
If the order is not returned to our recommended return address.
If the customer fails to provide required proof (pictures/videos).
Once the order is acknowledged via WhatsApp, no refund/exchange is allowed.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
